I love the old fashioned atmosphere. This is definitely a great family place. The pizza is so very good and the customer service even better.
Service was pretty fast and food was pretty good. Wings were crispy and delicious. Garlic bread was a hit. And pizza was pretty dang good. Crust is thin and crispy. Ordered 1/2 cheese 1/2 pepperoni. Modelo beer hot the spot.

My son thinks this best pizza place in this world. The pizza IS great and that's the truth. The interior could really use an update, it's pretty worn down and tired. The kids don't mind though.
I couldn't believe the amount of topping on the Grand Slam Combo when I saw a picture a friend took when they had ordered it. That just drew me to pick up a couple of pizzas. Ball park has been a staple here in Laguna Niguel as it has been around for a long time and most locals know of its existence. Besides the Grand Slam Combo I had also ordered the Creamy Garlic Chicken since it looked great. Now I have to say they definitely do a quality job with their toppings and they load the pizzas up. Every bite was full of flavor and toppings. I preferred the Grand Slam Combo over the Creamy Garlic Chicken but that's cause it has pepperoni and a lot of toppings. Definitely a great place to pick up pizzas for any event and still a staple here in Laguna Niguel.
Staff: Everyone was nice but Josh was truly the star of our visit. He is a young man that I would guess is in high school but had the customer service of a veteran. When helping us he smiled, was so polite, anticipated our needs, and was so pleasant to work with. Before leaving I asked him for a box and his name, to which he replied, "Josh, nice to meet you" and handed me a box. To experience such caring service by such a young man was such a nice surprise. He gave me faith that great customer service still exists. Quality/Quantity: The pizza here is so so good. We had pepperoni pizza, kids pizza, and coke. Value: Fair Overall: Been coming here for about 12 years now off and on. The service has been consistently good, food tasty, and we have been happy as customers. The ambiance is a fun family friendly experience with lots of arcade games for the kids too. Great job to Josh again. He truly should be recognized for his amazing customer service and kindness.
This place is perfect and even more perfect if you have kids! They have games for kids inside and super spacious seating. The pizza is absolutely delicious and perfectly made as well. The portion for the price is also absolutely perfect. I highly recommend. Service is quick, efficient, and friendly!
Another stellar pizza experience at Ballpark. Ordered a medium (11", 8 slices) pizza with half pepperoni and half sausage/mushroom. $22 and 25 minutes later I was walking out the door with a piping hot pizza. I love how much they pile on the toppings here and I love the taste of their sausage. The crust is Goldilocks, too... not too thin and not too thick. Consistently great pizza and friendly employees. For those looking for a dine-in experience, there are plenty of tables as well as some arcade games and toy vending machines for the kiddos.
